Mycelia Mike LLC Tree Work Terms & Conditions
Service Providers:
Tree removal services will be provided by Mycelia Mike LLC & Withrow Services, per request of the customer. Mycelia Mike LLC is an insured tree service company operated by a certified tree climber. Tree climbing, pruning, and removals are performed by the business owner, Michael Spooner. Mycelia Mike LLC works in association with Withrow Services. Withrow Services is an insured sole proprietorship operated by Robert Withrow, who performs ground maintenance services. Withrow Services is responsible for assisting the climber; organizing tree debris; and related activities. Payments to Mycelia Mike LLC & Withrow Services are to be made separate.
Quotes:
Mycelia Mike LLC provides a quote for each job, before any work is conducted on-site. Most quotes will be provided after a free in-person consultation; occasionally quotes may be provided via analysis of photograph & video. After the free consultation, clients are given four weeks to accept or decline the services. After four weeks, the initial quote may be voided, and is subject to change. A quote will be no less than two-hundred and fifty dollars; which is the minimum price for any given job. When the client accepts the quote, a date is scheduled in-advance for conducting services. If the client cancels the job within seven days of the scheduled services, the client is held responsible for paying the minimum fee of two-hundred and fifty dollars.
Payment:
The invoice for the total amount due is signed prior to conducting services; and, the payment is made after the job is completed. The signing of an invoice confirms that payment is due after the job is completed. Mycelia Mike LLC provides a variety of payment options. However, there are restrictions and exceptions to payment options based on the price per quote. For all quotes under two-thousand dollars, the client has the option to pay via: cash; check; debit card; credit card; Venmo; PayPal; or Apple Pay. Payment restrictions apply to all quotes above two-thousand dollars. For all quotes above two-thousand dollars, the client has the option to pay via cash or check. Cash or check can be exchanged in-person, or delivered to the PO box provided on the invoice. The total payment amount will be recorded immediately upon the completion of a consultation, and provided on the invoice. The payment is due within three weeks upon completion of the job described on the invoice. If the payment is not completed within three weeks, the customer will be flagged for overdue payment, and is subject to legal penalties. An overdue or refused payment is subject to the intercession of an attorney at law.
Ownership:
Mycelia Mike LLC strives to minimize property & ownership conflicts. The client understands and acknowledges that all requested services are only to be conducted on the client’s property. The client is held responsible for understanding what is their rightful property, and what is not their rightful property. If the client requests services to be conducted on other owners’ property, the client is held responsible for paying the quote, and paying for all the alterations / damages inflicted on other owners’ property. Therefore, the client should be well-informed of property-lines and any other potential ownership conflicts prior to the consultation. Mycelia Mike LLC does not claim any responsibility for ownership conflicts. Conflicts will be avoided by providing photographs and/or descriptions of the requested trees on the invoice. By signing the invoice along with these terms, the client agrees to be legally and financially responsible for all potential ownership conflicts.
Property Damage & Injury:
Mycelia Mike LLC takes serious concerted efforts to avoid property damage and personal injury. Mycelia Mike LLC ensures that the client is not responsible for any property damage or personal injury that may occur. Mycelia Mike LLC is fully insured for all damages that may occur on the job (i.e. damaged fence; roof; shed; vehicle; etc.). Mycelia Mike LLC is also responsible for any personal injury that may occur on the job. The client is not responsible for any injuries that may occur to the workers on their property. All property damage and injury is covered by insurance in order to protect the clients’ and company’s assets.
Agreement:
The client has read the above terms and conditions, therefore acknowledging all responsibilities. The client understands who the service is conducted by. The client understands how a quote is made and their responsibilities for accepting a quote. The client understands how payment is made and their responsibilities for signing an invoice. The client understands their responsibilities as a property owner, and intends to avoid ownership conflicts. The client understands that Mycelia Mike LLC is responsible for all property damage inflicted by the company, and is responsible for injuries to workers during operation.
